What we collect, and why

The newsletter

When you join the newsletter we receive your email address and the fact that you ticked the opt-in box, with the date. We use them only to send you Keren’s weekly Newsvideo and news about her work. The legal ground is your consent. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the emails at once. The list is kept with MailerLite, our email service.

Booking a Movement Discovery Call

Calls are booked on a Fillout scheduling page (bodyhouse.fillout.com) and held on Zoom. What you enter there, such as your name, your email address, your answers and the time you choose, reaches Keren so that she can prepare and hold the call. The ground is your own request for the call.

The film

The film is played by Vimeo. Unless you allow cookies, the player runs in Vimeo’s “do not track” mode: no Vimeo cookies and no viewing statistics. Vimeo still receives your IP address and technical details of your browser, which it needs to deliver the video. If you allow cookies, Vimeo may set cookies and tells us how often and how long the film is watched.

Running the site

The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like every web host it processes your IP address and technical request data for a short time, to deliver the pages and to keep the site secure. The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads them. We use no analytics and no advertising trackers.

The immersive training

The immersive training has its own website, immersivetraining.bodyhouseoneness.com. What you enter there is handled on that site.

Cookies and similar storage

The site works without cookies: the film plays and you can join the newsletter either way. Two things are switched on only if you choose “Allow” in the cookie bar.

• Your cookie choicebh-consent, kept in your browser’s storage by this site for 180 days. Always, once you have chosen. Necessary.
• MailerLite’s signup widgetIdentifiers such as ml_guid, kept in your browser by MailerLite so that its widget recognises your browser and counts signups. Only after “Allow”. Without it, the site’s own signup form does the same job.
• Vimeo’s viewing statisticsCookies such as vuid, set by Vimeo when the film loads. Only after “Allow”.
• SecurityCloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie to tell visitors from automated traffic. Necessary.

A sign-in cookie exists for the site’s administrator only. Visitors never receive it.

Who receives your data

We share data only with the services that run this site, each for its own part: MailerLite (the newsletter), Fillout and Zoom (calls), Vimeo (the film), Cloudflare (hosting) and Google (typefaces). Some of them are based in the United States or use servers there. They work under the safeguards EU law requires for such transfers, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your newsletter address stays on the list until you unsubscribe. After that MailerLite keeps the address marked as unsubscribed, so that you are not emailed again; ask us and we delete it completely.

Booking details are kept for as long as it takes to hold the call and any follow-up you ask for.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict or stop its use, or to hand it to you in a portable form. You can take back consent at any time: unsubscribe with the link in any email, and change your cookie choice on this page.

Write to the address under “Who is responsible”. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
